Louise joined Hicks Insurance in 1988, marking the beginning of a long and successful career with the company. Two years later, in 1990, she achieved a significant milestone by obtaining her Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) license, which further solidified her expertise in the insurance industry. Over the years, Louise has become an invaluable asset to our team, particularly in the area of client service support. Her dedication to providing exceptional service ensures that our clients receive the attention and assistance they need. In addition to her client service skills, Louise brings a wealth of accounting knowledge to our office, allowing her to manage financial matters with precision and efficiency. Her combination of industry experience, client-focused approach, and strong accounting abilities makes her a key contributor to the success of Hicks Insurance.

Daryn joined this family-founded and operated business as a full-time member in 2006, following the successful completion of his RIBO (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) license. This milestone not only marked his entry into the professional world but also represented a significant moment in our company’s history, as he became the third generation to carry on the family legacy in the insurance industry. He now leads the team at Hicks Insurance. He has grown the firms presence in local communities by setting up offices with locally based agents. This personalized approach has led to exponential growth of the portfolio and services now available to persons and business across Ontario.
